As in other medical fields, it is not possible to ensure a guarantee for the treatments performed in dentistry. There is no regulation on this topic worldwide. However, Acardent provides guarantee for its products, in the circumstances of the unlikely failure of dental and laboratory works. Please note this is a product guarantee. Your natural teeth or any problem related with the teeth are not and cannot guaranteed.
In such a case Acardent covers:
- All local transportations in Turkey
- 1 single day accommodation
- Any dental treatments to fix the problem
- New prosthesis and dentures (if required)
- Laboratory expenses
Guarantee periods are:
- Implant Posts (Screw): Lifetime
- Full Crowns: 5 years
- Smile Makeover: 5 years
- Bridges: 5 years
- Laminate Veneers: 2 years
- Dentures: 2 years
- Dental Fillings: 1 year
Guarantee services can be activated with an assessment of the situation by Acardent only and above-mentioned guarantees are valid for treatments provided by Acardent team.
Guarantee service is activated in the event of a problem related with the dental products. Your natural teeth or the problem related with your natural teeth are not guaranteed. For instance, your teeth under the crown may decay and your gum might not heal itself because of lack of oral care. Your teeth may become loose and come off together with the provided crown. These kind of problems are not related with the product itself, therefore cannot be covered by the guarantee service. You are expected to pay attention to your oral care if you do want to encounter any problems in future.
